NEW PEOPLE IN NORMECA

We have the pleasure of informing you that we have appointed a new Chief Accountant for Normeca AS and Normeca MedTech AS,

Mr. Paal Thorsrud

effective from August 15, 2006. Mr. Paal Thorsrud is 52 years old.

Mr. Thorsrud worked for Electrolux AS in Norway in accounting and finance for more than 20 years. He has thus an extensive and broad experience within this field.

We have also appointed a new General Manager in Normeca MedTech AS,

Mr. Lars Lie

effective from June 1, 2006. Mr. Lars Lie is 59 years old.

Mr. Lie has many years of managerial experience from the industry in Norway, particularly in the field of laboratory equipment.

In addition, we have a appointed a new sales representative in Normeca MedTech AS,

Mr. Knut Erik Pedersen

effective from June 15, 2006. Mr. Knut Erik Pedersen is 40 years old.

A new service engineer will be appointed shortly and we believe now that Normeca MedTech AS is ideally positioned to serve the challenges of tomorrow’s market.
